Reconstructed Wire Coordinates



The wire positions are reconstructed combining the information from:
1. x-ray wire coordinate measurement at JINR, Dubna
2. tube height measurement on the assembly table
3. RASNIK monitoring data: interlayer and multilayer
4. "Endmass"-measurements where available (interlayer and multilayer shifts)

=> distribution of interlayer parameters and multilayer parameters

The last column gives the comparison with the cosmic ray measurements at the LMU test facility.

Comparison with X-Tomograph results

Wire coordinates for about 20% of the chambers have been measured at the X-Tomograph facility at CERN.

The following table shows the R.M.S. of the differences between
the reconstructed and the measured (real) wire coordinates.
Average R.M.S. value for y-coordinate is ~19 microns, and for the z-coordinate ~15 microns.
